Description :: 1. Handle general administrative duties and clerical support.
2. Verify documents, data key in & update accurately and timely.
3. Assist Operation & Admin Executive on matters related to operations and Human Resource including purchase and payroll.
4. Prepare foreign workers’ wages.
5. Review and implement HR procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure compliances and effectiveness on timely basis.
6. Support department operations including license renewal, payment submission, purchase equipment, raise PO and generate report.
7. To organize and manage documents, record and filling for smooth data retrieving.
8. Handle basis correspondence, documents and follow-up function
9. Liaise with supplier/vendors.
10. Monitor and handle office’s maintenance.
11. To carry any other sales & marketing related duties as and when required.
12. Possess positive work attitude and able to perform multi tasking.
13. Responsible for forecast sales, production planning and component stock level
14. Responsible for production/material Planning and Control, scheduling of production orders for all production processes
15. Maintain proper control of inventory levels, by managing supplies, to meet set inventory turnover ratio as well as to minimize stock outs and obsolescence.
16. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office/ Excel.
17. Any other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time.
