Description :: - Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out the production process.
- Ensure that safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce incidents and hazards.
- Ensure that the production process is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize and guide subordinates to complete the production plan of the enterprise and achieve the production goal of the enterprise.
- Plan and complete organizational production goals
- Coordinate the work of the production management team.
- Work closely with the R&D department to develop new products, innovate technologies and technological processes, and improve product quality.
- Develop and implement inventory plans and production cost control plans.
- According to the production and processing technology and technical requirements, determine the qualifications and work steps of the required personnel, and assign work tasks
- Presiding over the appointment, training and assessment of employees of the department.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet existing customer needs.
Requirements :: - Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool and Die/Welding) or equivalent
- At least 10 years working experience in manufacturing production operations.
- Have experience in operating SAP system
- Good communication and management skills.
- Able to speak and write English, Malay and Mandarin.
- High level of personal motivation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
