Description :: - Monitor staff turnover/discipline
- Set-up Training Plan Improvement of the staff
- To encourage for improvement in discipline
- Evaluate raised MJO
- Ensure Spare parts Management established
- Evaluate Downtime/Breakdown with Engineers
- Ensure all jobs are conducted in Safety Manner
- Conduct meeting with Engineers/Supervisor
- Verify Reports generated by Engineers
- Establish Continuous Improvement Plant
- To ensure the staff service required provided in timely manner
- To conduct evaluation from Production on the Departmental Performance
- Continuous Improvement on the performance
- Control/ monitor utilities cost
- Carry out activities to reduce utilities consumption
- Ensure PM activities are carried out widely to reduce sudden breakdown
- To evaluate parts purchased on the performance
- Monitor the given targets
- Directly involved in activities that lead to energy saving
- Ensure all staff follow safety rules & regulation stretch
- Ensure sufficient training is conducted
- Any other matters assigned by Management from time to time
