- · Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
· Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and
testing new procedures.
· Assembles reports to document process status and changes
· Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor
upgrades.
· Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation
of process changes.
· Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
· Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates
· Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues and optimization test
· Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality and standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
· Support technically to manufacture by coordinating engineering modifications.
· Prepare work instructions.
· Attain targets for process productivity, manufacturig days, process yield and entire manufacturing expenses.
· Design the loading layout according to loading plan provided by Planner using CAD software.
· Provide an effective loading layout based on packaging item which comply to the customer requirements and loading transportation regulations. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/ Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Manufacturing/solar energy is advantages.
- Software : Microsoft Office / 2D CADRequired language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of personal motivation and ability to work in team.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision. - Lowest Qualification :
