- -Supervise the production leader, Moulding Technician, Machine Operators job arrangement.
-Manpower arrangement and planning.
-Monitor production output and rejects.
-On Job Training for the technician & operators.
-Prepare production report and monitor the MRP system for the production turn in.
-Maintain and continue improvement for the 5S good housekeeping and Safety.
-To do activities like reduce production cost, cost saving, Kaizen.
-Ensure all tools, equipment, materials, packaging, etc prior to set up the mould in order to avoid down time
-Ensure job requisition provided to tool room for any repair & service request on tools
-Involve the morning meeting and briefing about production issues, quality feedback in order to continual improvement of system
-Follow up the work order and response to Production Manager if out of schedule.
-Ensure all production schedule followed accordingly. Follow up with all related department in order to achieved production plan
-Review and provide production schedule and feedback if there is any abnormality. - Requirements :
- -Minimum 3 years supervisory working experience in plastic injection moulding manufacturing company
