- -Responsible for production planning to meet production targets.
-Continuously improvement of production yield, scrap rate and throughput time.
-Control daily output, activities and issue daily production report.
-Enforce discipline, safety and good housekeeping practice on production floor and involved in 5S activities.
-Maintain all machinery and tools in good condition.
-Manage the production machineries and equipment electronic troubleshooting and maintenance to support the company’s operational requirement.
-Conduct product/process analysis in conjunction with related departments.
-To diagnose problems and customize solutions to assist in reducing downtime, cost and maximize productivity.
-Comply with standard operating procedure and ensure close adherence.
-Prepare process standard, monitor production progress, and ensure all SOP are updated and practice.
-Responsible to manage raw materials and spare part inventory.
-Ensure production plan is aligned with material to ensure maximum efficiency.
-Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
-Manage product and process data retention.
-Maintenance of production quality and safety standards to minimize industrial accidents, scraps and reject rates.
-Ensure proper documentation and data-integrity.
-Participate and carry out any other duties as assigned by Management. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): MS Office.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Lowest Qualification :
