Description :: -To manage the overall production
-Hands-on maintenance, repair & servicing machine parts.
-To assign daily production duties to ensure smooth running at production.
-To prepare and maintain daily production report.
-To conduct the regular meeting to ensure the production target and quality requirement are achieved.
-To schedule and plan for production output to meet the customers’ delivery schedule.
-Improve Productivity and Operation Cost.
-To ensure the works compliance to the rules & regulations of Safety & Health
-Manage manufacturing process to ensure product were deliver on time and under/within budget while maintaining quality standards.
-Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Managing Director.
Requirements :: -Experience in manufacturing process and tasks in all production area
-Good to have skills or experience in machine & equipment maintenance that will be an added advantage.
-People management experience
-Experience with workplace organization (5S)
-Required minimum 5 years working experience in running & managing the production department.
-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English and Japanese Language
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
