Description :: -Define the process for growing effective partnerships with preferred suppliers (to drive optimal quality performance);
-Develop, implement and monitor early supplier quality development initiatives, including supplier performance mangement, supplier certification, process improvements, cost reduction,supplier quality audits, and selection activities, that align with the company's goals and objectives;
-Department / section manpower and overtime budget plan and control.
Manage and drive or guide the staffs working toward of department KPI's goal.
-Measure and analyse the quality data provided when facing line stop, shipment release and decision making.
-Interface with internal and external control
-Participate in new project, high failure rate in line and experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality or investigate the root cause of claims.
-Understand the quality cost delivery requirements of the business and external customer.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): Leadership, Microsoft Office, Presentation.
-Knowledge in ISO 9000 requirement (latest version) or a minimum at least one ISO course attended.
-Excellence quality tools skills (QC 7 tools and others advance ,six sigma. tools -GR& R, FMEA, SPC (CP/CPK/ Control chart) and etc.
-Good in methadology, geometric dimensioning and tolerance
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Management and Assembly Manufacturing.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
