- - Act as the Customer Interface from the start of the build with respect to the technical matter of the project.
- Providing technical guidance and coordination for engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Provide technical Feasibility study (DFM), estimate, quote, evaluate, specify and purchase capital equipment and tooling for new programs or modifications to existing programs to budget
- Interact with and direct vendors to provide equipment and tooling to our standards and performance expectations
- Identify, and analyze problems, taking the initiative to implement improvements
- Understand and perform tolerance stack ups.
- Investigate and implement cost reductions through process improvements
- Lead new process/material qualification.
- Drive for Process standardization and Improvement - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering
(Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): project and product management, problem identification and solving skills, design and product development, fmea doe and dfm knowledge, experience in metal fabrication and
finishing, Experience in electromechanical assembly.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
