Description :: -Lead production team and manage the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced in accordance with establish standards.
-Coordinate with various function of the company to establish an accepted production schedule to optimize company’s resources.
-Conduct continuous improvement and implement effective control mechanisms to maximize resource utilization & achieve high productivity and operation efficiency while maintain the product quality and competitive costs structure.
-Ensure compliance to ISO, OHSA requirement and other related management system adopted by the company.
Requirements :: Requirements:
* Good Honour Degree in Chemical Engineering.
* Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing environment preferably in palm oil/food related industries
* In depth knowledge of ISO9001/OHSA18001/ISO14001/ISO22000
* Good knowledge of production planning, quality control and machine upgrading and maintenance.
