Description :: • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field, preferable in construction/ engineering industry;
• Outstanding communication skill, independent, aggressive, proactive and able to work under tight deadlines;
• Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner;
• Willing to travel and able to work outstation as and when required.
Requirements :: • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services and maximising client potential in designated regions;
• Plan and implement sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted towards existing and new markets by focussing on understanding and meeting customer needs while promoting company products and services;
• Visit customer locations, prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, submit call reports, territory sales strategies, etc.;
• Develop strong customer relationships at all levels (plant engineers, research and technology experts, purchasing managers, and senior management);
• Persuading clients a service that best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
• Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
• Analysing costs and sales;
• Prepare necessary reports requested by immediate superior;
• Work closely with relevant parties in the discharge of any duty or requirement imposed on the employer under OHSA Act or any regulation;
• Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior/ Company.
