Description :: - Monthly summary report of budget vs cost incurred
- Review the quotation for purchasing of construction materials
- To ensure proper documentation records and proper filing systems is maintained at all times
- Check the sub-contractor background and capacity inclusive of business license
- Prepare contract document, review term of contract and follow through until signing of contract
- Monitoring the execution of contract, certify progress of payment, verify Variation Order and final account
- Negotiation with sub-contractor on the cost of variation order works.
- Prepare new project cost estimation
Requirements :: - Minimum of 8 years of working experience in the similar capacity
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in related fields
