Description :: - Update and submit daily service report.
- Be able to troubleshoot product issues on site, advising customer repairing cost and providing professional explanation
- Perform outdoor or/and indoor services including installation, repairing and servicing.
- Ensure all services are attended on time and efficiently.
- Maintain all equipment, tooling and vehicle provided by following Company standard operating instructions
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year(s) working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Candidate with valid driving license (GDL) has an added advantage.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
