Description :: a. Overall take charge of Pipe Plant and Prefab planning activities.
b. Audit and troubleshoot system transactions. This includes job pick list and job posting.
c. Monitor the job status to ensure job is closed before the system due date.
d. Manage and monitor transfer order status. This is to ensure all the transfer orders are completed before the system due date.
e. Process TL customer order lines using MPWG.
f. Review the SG order visibility file as per updated by the Production clerk.
g. Review the TL customer order lines as per updated by the Production clerk.
h. Support Production to perform data analysis.
i. Trouble shoot of ECNs. This includes spools’ modifications and MTO changes (Add/reduce/delete).
j. Ensure system due date (CO lines, job orders and transfer orders) is tally with the FOB date.
k. Other tasks as and when assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduate encouraged to apply, but experience will gain advantages.
• Good Piping knowledge, design and construction;
• Piping design in shipbuilding or offshore platform or FPSO.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
