1. Diploma in Engineering , Science or related field with valid DOSH certificate
2. 2 – 3 years' working experience in Manufacturing and/or engineering environment
3. Candidates must have Safety & Health officer certificate

Requirements :
1. To make systematic & inspection tour of the factory at regular time to discover and determine whether there is any machinery, plant, equipment, appliance or process used in the factory which may cause injury.
2. To investigate into every fatal accident and dangerous occurrence, which took place within the factory and industrial disease contracted in the factory.
3. To organize campaigns, training courses, competitions, contest, and other activities, which will develop and maintain the interest of the persons employed in the factory in establishing safe and healthy working condition

It was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on 27 June 1994 and was listed on the Second Board of BURSA Malaysia on 20 September 1995. On 1 October 2003, PRB was successfully transferred its listing status to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia.
