Description :: - To liaise with other departments executive on specifications, complaints, quality problems etc in addressing corrective/preventive action for continuous improvement
- To carry out the audit check on the production floor for cleanliness
- To minimize the downtime and take immediate action during machine breakdown and follow up with action
- To prepare monthly report on timely basic
- To coordinate, champion and promote the Continuous Improvement (C.I) initiative in the in the company i.e. ensure proper registration of C.I teams, trigger potential improvement project, provide assistance to C.I team leaders on improvement projects, provide training on improvement tools to create more awareness to sustain the continuous improvement culture, update the Production Manager on C.I team progress.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
- Proven working experience as a production engineer
- Preferably Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Leadership skills and potentials
- Able to work independently as well as being team-player with strong commitment to department harmony
