- - Receiving customer orders and processing Sales Orders into ERP system.
- Ensure sufficient inventory to meet customer demand, work with Planner to schedule
- Loading plan to meet customer delivery date.
- Coordinate with customer and sites to determine inventory level, customer demand, production schedule and deliveries.
- Adjustment of order is expected as and when needed to fulfil customer request.
- Oversee customer account, window of communication between Sales & Marketing or Customers.
- Update changes request from customer or Sales & Marketing to internal team which include Production Planner, QC, Logistic and Finance.
- Monitor and update weekly shipping schedule to customer, should there be any changes from time to time. -Prepare monthly report.
- Pre-Alert Logistic to make the transport arrangement of next shipment.
- Conduct meeting with internal team for New Product Introduction or changes on existing product specifications.
- Handle potential customer inquiries on product specification, provide - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Demonstrates attention to details/organization skills.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment.
