Description :: In charge of operation of IRMY North Branch, to responsible for the sales of both AS & TFM business, responsible for business growth, profitability and customer relations for ITS business in BW. TO ensure Business entity is comply to IR compliance standard.

1.To drive and grow Industrial Technologies business and handle the marketing, sales, Service and distribution activities. Responsible for Sale, Revenue and OI of BW branch.

2.Functional role in finance(AR collection), ESH ,Services , aftermarket and compliance issue in IBW.To ensure monthly AR collection is achieve, to attend monthly SEO call, monthly forecast call. Motivate, coach employees for higher level of employee engagement.

3.To ensure BW AR, DSO is less than 68 days as this is one of IR major corporate goals. To ensure IBW entity is comply to financial compliance and ESH compliance.

4.To expand direct and channel business in Air solution and TFM. To increase business volume of channel in Air solution completes unit, after market and TFM

5.To increase after market business for direct , explore new customer base opportunities and re capture lost account.

6. Manage the relationship with key customers in BW including and align BW organization with custormer expectation in the area such as ESH,pricing, delivery and etc

7. To ensure minimum of 90 SEO calls closed in a month & at an average of 12 days for closing. Customer satisfaction index of 2012 goal to be achieved.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor Degree
2) Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager in Engineering Industry
3) Strong Sales Driven person
Requirements :: Revenue Target of USD29 million for Malaysia. BW revenue is USD 6.6 million & booking of 7.06 million including completes, parts & Service

Internal – Report to Sales & service Director Asia. Manage matrix relation with other functional leaders, exp: HR, Finance, Aftermarket
External: Customers, Contractors, Distributors, Agents, Government bodies, Suppliers, etc
