Description :: - Perform troubleshooting and machine fault analysis work
- Plan and perform monthly maintenance/backup
- Assist process engineer in project implementation
- Sustain and maintain automated production lines, which consist of PLC, vision, motor and robot
- Complete projects/tasks on a timely basis, according to commitments to management
- To provide end-user support and co-ordinate IT system implementation activities, including responsibility for gathering requirements, analyzing them and initiating orders for new solutions for internal use
- Creates and maintains system documentation and program specifications
- To act independently within the scope described under the area of responsibility
Requirements :: - Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in sustaining/maintaining automated manufacturing line/in automation control design field
- Experience and knowledge in Omron/Mitsubishi/Allen Bradley PLC, vision system, PC system and networking are essential
- Resourceful in finding ways to resolve issues and have the ability to identify root cause of issues
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive attitude towards mastering new skills
- Independent and quick learner
