Description :: - Inspect the project daily, and record all visible safety hazards,
- Monitor on site safety meetings and report same on daily report
- Responsible for implementation and further development of Safety Program.
- Conduct daily/ weekly safety meetings/ workshops/ toolbox talk with site personnel and equipment operators.
- Follow up for all insurance purposes, relevant safety reports, check all areas at least once a day for housekeeping
- Conduct employee safety inductions for all new personnel prior to granting permission for them
- Site Crisis Management team organized to deal with emergencies.
- Liaise on behalf of the Company with appointed client
- Plan and organize the OSH audit
- Take immediate action to ensure compliance with requirements, submit a job hazard analysis
- Ensure all safety signage, lights and barriers are provided
Requirements :: - Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Safety & Environment or its related field.
- Minimum 15 years of safety experience in construction industry.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of plan and implementation of site safety program.
