Description :: 1. Responsible to manage all kind of programming for all projects in Engineering/Production and equipment/ machines.
2. Create algorithm based on the design inputs provided. Create optimum program in the suitable platform PLC, Lab view, Twin cat, Visual Basic or other programming languages.
3. Create program documentation, machine manuals, Reference matrix, Data blocks and publish.
4. Test, diagnose and optimize machine programs.
5. To work closely with Engineering to program all relevant function in automation projects/processes.
6. Responsible to manage/maintain programs of production machinery / equipment to support the production requirements as well up to date program upgrades.
7. To Organize & Perform backup plan of production automated machineries software.
8. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements :: 1. Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
2. At least 4 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment / electronics / programming.
3. Good command of PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron) Own programming/trouble-shooting is essential.
4. Good knowledge in Lab view/ C++/ TwiCat2/3/ Visual Basic programming is essential.
5. Independent, self-motivated and resourceful individual with good interpersonal skill
