Description :: Reports directly to the Operation Director, this position is to overall in-charge of the operations and performance of the factory by carrying out the following responsibilities:-

1）To effectively supervise the entire team consists of Material Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales Operation Support and Store in ensuring smooth operations of the factory at all time, including, but not limited to directing, controlling and motivating the subordinates as well as provide training or take necessary discipline action in order to ensure high work performance.
2）To ensure factory’s effectiveness and efficiency through studying, reviewing and implementing standard operating procedures, process improvement plans, work methods, performance and measurement systems etc.
3）To ensure all transactions are updated on time accurately with prompt actions taken, where appropriate.
4）To be responsible for customer care and to ensure periodic cycle count is carried out effectively with all discrepancies, if any, is being attended to promptly.
5）To maintain high level of safety, housekeeping standard of the factory in accordance with the prevailing company and government regulations, as well as compliance of ISO documentation and 5S implementation.
6）To be responsible for licences and permit renewal and compliance at all time.
7）To liaise or coordinate with related company for any other administrative functions as and when deemed necessary.
8）To maintain and prepare all related reports and perform detailed analysis for improvement.
9）To be responsible for any other assignments related to factory and any other projects so assigned.
Requirements :: - Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- Awareness of ISO – Quality Management System.
- At least 5 years of working experience in similar field with strong leadership skill and ability to manage sub-contractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel), preferable with knowledge on ERP / MRP.
- Conversant in both spoken and written of Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Independent and result oriented with good interpersonal skill and ability to work with all levels.
- Willing to travel between branches as and when necessary.
