- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD) in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Design),
Engineering (Material Science), Chemistry, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Has a thorough understanding of category specific technology, especially the directly related processes/lines.
- Successfully commercialize one or more product/process (as).
- Strong organization/project management skills (project plan, updates, and flagging derailleurs on time,).
- Good presentation and influencing skills to key partners (Ops, BU, GT&Q, Procurement) with less guidance from program/group leader.
- Effectively present status/proposals to influence partners or share with higher management (Director-level).
- Show agility to take some decision alone regarding project execution.
- Independently deliver results, draw conclusions and write technical reports with minimal guidance from manager.
- Primary management role for internal R&D Technology projects; coordinates sub-projects with parties outside R&D. - Lowest Qualification :
