Description :: -To improve plant reliability through regular inspection & predictive maintenance (e.g. online inspection, shutdown inspection, condition monitoring etc).
-To define and support planned maintenance program (time-based maintenance, condition based maintenance & breakdown maintenance) to ensure plant reliability.
-To align and incorporate maintenance quality improvement in line with objectives of Manufacturing Division
-Maintenance, Reliability & Engineering Department.
-To provide engineering & technical supports for plant improvement & upgrading projects
-To collect / analyse data for performance studies purpose.
-To plan for long-term maintenance activities such as outsourcing of materials, manpower planning and scheduling in major overhaul & services or turnaround.
-To work & coordinate with vendors/suppliers/consultants in expediting spare parts, services and project modification.
-To participate in quality & equipment improvement & MOC programs.
Requirements :: -Possess Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, preferably major in Electrical Power.
-Possess minimum 7 years working experiences in electrical maintenance, engineering design / construction in oil and
gas or petrochemical industries.
-Has good knowledge of electrical equipment such as HV / LV Power Transformer, HT and LV Motors, MCC, HV Transmission Line and Protection, Relay Protections, Cathodic Protection System, Fire Alarm System in term of design,installation, maintenance and construction.
-Familiar with electrical maintenance, system design, cable sizing, voltage drop calculation, short circuit calculation, equipment modification, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning.
-Familiar with engineering codes such as ASTM, IEC, API, NEMA, ANSI, NEC, NFPA and etc.
-Has good knowledge of engineering drawings and specification preparation and review
-Capable of perform project cost estimation Electrical troubleshooting
-Preventive maintenance planning, execution and monitoring
-Certified Maintenance Reliability Profession (CMRP)
certification will be an advantage
