Description :: -Operate and monitor plant operation including update daily report, DCS data reading, Boardman report, Shift superintendent report, and inventory record
-Perform of troubleshooting on process problems.
-Operate DCS console, monitor parameters and respond accordingly to ensure safe plant operation.
-Prepare/check & gas test area/equipment prior to issuing of work permit & also monitor the job for the duration of work in
progress.
-Able to guide and monitor senior and junior technicians when needed.
-Attend daily briefing, update logbook & perform proper shift changeover.
-Perform plant start-up or shut-down safely and timely.
-Conduct test run on equipment and instrumentations after maintenance
Requirements :: -Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
-Ability to study process & Instrumentation drawing
-Willing to work in 12 hours shift cycle.
-Excellent communication skill and report writing skill
-Excellent health & physique with BMI <30
-Minimum 2 years related working experience in a petrochemical /
oleo chemical / chemical industry.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
