Description :: -Maintain,monitor,analyze and troubleshoot product failures and identify areas of continuous improvement.
-Taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.
-Able to work with PMC, Production and Engineering to understand customer requirement.
-Monitor and update of worldwide and customer environmental requirement
-To investigate the root causes of quality incideces by working with the various process owners and initiate quality project for improvement.
-To institute appropriate corrective and preventive actions accordingly
-To assure quality system updated and effective
-Able to provide technical /engineering support to Production
-Able to liaise with sales and customers on quality issue
-Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization
-Able to design and prepare new model Jacket & Palletizing new drawing and specification
-Prepare report and audit validation
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in
Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in manufacturing field.
-Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance.
-Have experience in customer service
