Description :: o Ensure adequate training and development of all employees in the company related to the facilities and our machines and equipment.
o Responsible for all facilities being maintained in safe and environmentally sound condition.
o Involve in project scheduling and planning for efficient and effective project execution.
o Ensure compliance of daily activity in facility within the regulatory permissible limit and Facilities Disciplines.
o Review and support capacity analysis for your systems tracking against actual data from the facility.
o Identifies root cause from the excursion or abnormal operation and conducts analytical improvement and lesson learnt as part of preventive actions.
o Ensure Energy efficient in operation & Zero interruption to production
Requirements :: • Engineering Degree/ in Electrical engineering
• Skill Knowledge of the practical application of electrical engineering and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and troubleshooting skill.
• Design Knowledge of electrical design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, & Drawing.
• Candidate who equip with experience in handling facilities system including HVAC, process Electrical / Mechanical (Screw Compressor, Industrial exhaust, Scrubber system, Clean room environment / Building maintenance) will be added advantages.
• Experience in managing a group of technician and experience in fast pace working environment.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
