Description :: -To conduct time study for production processes and calculate the capacity for each process/machine.
-Set production output targets and monitor output performance.
-To maintain the Material Master, Bill of Material and Routing in SAP based on Construction guidelines and time study for each process.
-To co-ordinate and ensure production improvement actions are implemented and evaluate the effectiveness.
-Responsible for equipment capacity planning
-Monitor factory performance against standards Improve factory workflow and maintain layout in AutoCAD
-Responsible to maintain SAP system (Master Data, BOM, Routing)
Requirements :: -Degree in Industrial Engineering/Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in an electronic manufacturing environment.
-Sound knowledge and experience in time and motion study
-Independent and proficient in MS Office
-Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
-Experience in SAP and AutoCAD would be advantageous
-Fresh graduates major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering are encouraged to apply
