Description :: -Responsible to manage all kind of programming for all projects in Engineering/Production and equipment/ machines.
-Create algorithm based on the design inputs provided. Create optimum program in the suitable platform PLC, Lab view, Twin cat, Visual Basic or other programming languages.
-Create program documentation, machine manuals, Reference matrix, Data blocks and publish.
-Test, diagnose and optimize machine programs.
-To work closely with Engineering to program all relevant function in automation projects/processes.
-Responsible to manage/maintain programs of production machinery / equipment to support the
production requirements as well up to date program upgrades.
-To Organize & Perform backup plan of production automated machineries software.
-Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements :: -Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
-At least 4 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment / electronics / programming.
-Good command of PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron) Own programming/trouble-shooting is essential.
-Good knowledge in Lab view/ C++/ TwiCat2/3/ Visual Basic programming is essential.
-Independent, self-motivated and resourceful individual with good interpersonal skill
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
