Description :: • Responsible for optimum run of machine.
• Responsible for tool set-up and buy off of product for production run
• Ensure machine set-up and production of any given models are met at all times within the targeted rate / efficiency
• To decide Machine Control Plan (MCP) control range for High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• To generate optimum technical guide (BKM) for robust process and product quality control
• To carry out pilot run for HVM tooling First Article Inspection (FAI), Prototype tooling hand sample and material evolution for customer.
• To liaise with Design Engineer on each tooling issue encountered during pilot run and highly demand for manufacturability.
• Trouble shoot process and machine followed by rectification action
• Ensure serious mindset, working urgency and detail handover communication among the team as necessary.
Requirements :: • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 2~3 years related experiences in Manufacturing environment
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good teamwork
• Must be proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
