Description :: Essential Function 1: Overall management of functional activities
1 To assist in providing technical support / back-up to sales & marketing function.
2 To assist in coordinating for quality matters with customers.
3 To provide an operational link between Sales & Laboratory on matters related to product quality.
4 Effective customer handlings and successful project management

Essential Function 2: Sales Management
1 TAR requests - Color Matchings/ New Developments
2 Regular follow up with the customers/ Sales on projects and orders status
3 Create and update SAP/ QNS within time, root cause findings and follow up reply to customers.
4 Conduct joint evaluation and on-site trials on customer's product quality complaint/ new development.
5 Weekly Planner/ Visit Reports/ Monthly Commentary Reports

Essential Function 3: Customer Services
1. Coordinating between customer's matching and lab's scheduling
2. Interpersonnal skills - in dealing with customers

Essential Function 4: Organization Development
1. Conveying customer needs and requirements to the inhouse supporting teams
2. Apply acquired skill in product and application knowledge to assist sales to gain new customers
3. Comply to regional and global business direction and set targets
Requirements :: -Tertiary Education - Diploma or Bachelor Degree with preferred to chemicals or polymer industries

Business experience:
-Must have a valid car licence
-Sales experiences in relared industry for at least 5years or 3 years if already a managerial position
Clariant experience:
-Understand Clariant Organization and processess well.
