Description :: - Managing and control all spare parts used by production, both in plant and at our sub-contractors premises
- Managed and review BOM lists
- To ensure all tool trial requirements for projects are met liaising with the operations tooling and manufacturing groups as required
- To support the introduction of all ancillary tooling process equipment as determined is necessary through project lifecycle.
- To undertake all tooling modifications and upgrading as and when required.
- Engage as required in mould tool fault finding activities and liase with vendors to ensure timely resolution of diagnosed issue.
- Continue improvement on tooling quality and life cycle
Requirements :: - At least a Bachelor's Degree or a Post Graduate Diploma in relevant
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing industry and with some prior direct involvement in daily production.
- Candidates familiar with any or most of the following areas will have an advantage
- Metal stamping & tooling
- Able to trouble shoot on machinery & tooling
- Able to interpret technical drawings & specifications, and familiar with Auto cad &/or Solid works
