- - To report to the Management whenever extension repair and other important renovations in the work
area and office need to be done
- To make simple wood repairs that does not require the fluent skill
- To perform the minor repair such as painting ceiling and other equipment
- Perform daily routine checking on common areas and general facilities
- Able to handle/resolve complaints and ensure all works orders are completed within the time frame

- To assist in minor plumbing and electrical works - Requirements :
