Description :: - Drive and lead labor productivity improvement;
- Optimize equipments and facilities utilization;
- To plan & set up factory layout, includes production line, material storage, office layout etc;
- Determine manpower requirement for production line based on customers' forecast;
- Determine machines and equipments requirement based on customers' forecast;
- Cycle time study and optimization;
- Reduce non-value added activities;
- Determine methods and procedures for production to manufacture product;
- Supervise and participate root caused analysis for daily production issues;
- Carry out ergonomics diagnosis to ensure human factors engineering is utilized in production setup;
- To support other ad-hoc assignments assigned.
Requirements :: - Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic / Electromechanical, Industrial);
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field;
- Good knowledge Microsoft offices (esp. Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD and other work measurement methods;
- Experience in production line set –up and improvement activities;
- Able to work independently with little supervision and must possess good knowledge of Industrial, Process and Industrial experiences;
- Able to work long and flexible hours when need arises;
- Abilities to conduct studies and propose improvement plan;
- A team player with good analytically and interpersonal skill, and an individual who possesses positive working attitude;
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and must willing to work in Johor Bahru.
