- - Ensure housekeeping is done properly (5S)
- Able to recognize operational problem and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
- Monitor machinery down time, work closely with Engineering on machine breakdown.
- Ensure steady flow of production activities, produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time.
- Ensure optimal machine utilization
- Oversee the Production Department Scheduling, Production Control, Inventory Control and output.
- To lead the team leaders, assistant leaders and operators to meet production yield and targets.
- In charge of daily output requirements and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with planner and warehouse on planning output requirements.
- Motivate production team.
- To assist in controlling and reducing product rejection from time to time.
- Responsible for operators on-job training.
- Responsible to report any accident case happen in production floor.
- Compliance with procedures and health and safety.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to make sure the raw material supply on time.
- Other duties assigned by superior. - Requirements :
- - Possess minimum Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing or any relevant
- At least 1 year working experience as Production Supervisor in Manufacturing Environment.
- Possess own transport
- Can work shift and overtime
- Have strong Interpersonal Skills, Leadership & Supervisory skill is required. - Lowest Qualification :
