- 1. To supervise and co-ordinate activities of production.
2. To improve production efficiency.
3. To train the new worker.
4. Do production planning schedule.
5. To arrange daily production worksheet to worker according to production schedule.
6. Analyse and resolve work’s problem and assist worker in solving work’s problem.
7. To motivate workers to achieve work goals.
8. To receive raw material.
9. To conduct maintenance job in production.
10. To monitor production housekeeping.
11. Responsible on final product inspection before transferring to warehouse. - Requirements :
- 1. Preferably 3-6 years of relevant working experience in supervising role.
2. Able to communicate effectively to all levels.
3. Good knowledge of manufacturing operations.
4. Maintenance and electrical knowledge is an added advantage.
5. Able to drive forklift.
6. Computer literate. - Lowest Qualification :
