Description :: • Plan and organize the work force of designated section to achieve production.
• Implement cost control programs such as on material use.
• Directly responsible for leading overall quality system in production, material and maintenance to meet the company quality objectives.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities, follow up on corrective maintenance activities.
• Resolve and maintain standard of housekeeping and safety requirements in workplace.
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
• Liaise with customer, manage design and engineering changes.
• Work closely with various functional teams, such as QA, Engineering, Technical to ensure smooth operation of all activities.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): leadership, communication, injection moulding
