Description :: • Work in team to drive cost, product and quality improvement.
• Liaise with customer, manage engineering changes.
• Responsible for new programme & improvement activities.
• Ensure mould are properly characterize.
• Ensure that technical issue affecting moulding production are addresses in a timely manner to meet delivery.
• Work with tolling and maintenance department to resolve mould issue.
• Initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): leadership, communication, injection moulding
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Initiative and self-motivate
• Age below 38 years old.
• Prefer Chinese.
