Founded in April 1999, it provides professional manufacturers of semiconductor packaging test equipment and fixtures. In 2001, we began to research and develop semiconductor memory test fixtures, and expanded to semiconductor wafers/LED semi-automatic single-spindle cutting and 12" fully automatic double-spindle cutting machines. We also invested in large-substrate BGA (ball grid array) ball planting machines and double-spindle systems.
