Description :: -Assist operation manager in leading a technical team, oversee all Electrical and Mechanical installation and equipment within the assigned site to ensure that they are all in good and proper working order.
- Oversee all Electrical and Mechanical installation and equipment within the assigned sites to ensure that they are all in good and proper working order.
- Supervise M&E Service contractors and certify services chits with remarks on their performance where appropriate.
- Daily check and inspect Main Incoming Switchboard, Power Factor Correction Board, all other Sub boards and Fire Fighting Panels for irregularities and replace/repair where necessary.
- Daily check and inspect all Electrical fixtures/fitting and replace/repair where necessary.
- Daily check and inspect Generator Set Radiator water level, Battery water level and Diesel Fuel level.
- Daily attend to all Electrical/Mechanical complaint received from tenant/Management.
- Handling electrical work at site, Servicing generator, Troubleshoot problem on wiring board & Generator inspection.
Requirements :: - Diploma in Technology Electrical(Category A4)
- Flexible and able to work analytically in a problem solving environment
- Able to multi task, possess strong organisational and time management skills
