Description :: - Report to Senior M&E Engineer on project schedule, operations and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate site activities with site member and sub contractors.
- Conduct site meeting with sub contractors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality of works.
- Check and update company's asset on regular basis.
- Responsible to arrange site inspection with consultant and client.
- Implement and control site safety procedure and conduct spot check on safety and Health issues.
- Prepare information to QS department to prepare progressive claims and VO
- Verification and endorsement of sub contractors claims.
- Work independently and attend meetings with client and consultants.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma in M&E Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Application must be willing to work in Office but on & off need to go site
- Preferable with high raise building experience.
