- 1 To execute instructions from the Production Manager on over see the operation in planning section
2 Highlight the bottom necks on parts delinquency to the Procurement Executive.
3 Raise work order to production per requirements.
4 Raise purchase request for Purchasing to place purchase orders to subcon or supplier based on
customer request.
5 Liaise with subcon and monitor subcon delivery schedule.
6 To reflect, adjust and respond to customer's revised schedule.
7 Transmit PO to Sales Order, ensure the quantity, price and ship to address is correct.
8 Check material availability and plan for pull in based on production plan.
9 Update Sales Report and prepare quotation by quarterly.
10 Prepare Tooling Report by monthly and Update LME/Kitco pricing
11 Trigger new part number creation to IT/BOM creation to Engineering
12 Arrange delivery to customer by providing WDS
13 Register new customer account and close liaison with Purchaser. - Requirements :
- 1 At least 1 - 3 year experience in production schedule and planning.
2 Ability of analytical and dynamic coordinator to cope dynamic change of requirement.
3 Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Word.
4 Able to develop work schedule and monitoring project
5 Able to fomulate, look ahead and recovery schedule
6 Excellent interpersonal skills - Lowest Qualification :
