Description :: - Lead the PFMEA team
-Make sure effective communication and collaboration with QC, Production and another related department.
- Carry out experiment and evaluation to improve quality.
- Collaborate with Tooling Team for the Tool Transfer, Tool buy off at Mold Maker.
- Follow-up with Planner on tool’s trial sample testing according to schedule and update testing result accordingly.
- Proper planning & time scheduling on ISIR measurement report.
- Prepare ISIR Document & Sample submission preparation to Main Customer or Contract Manufacture (CM).
• Follow up and monitor ECN and change order.
• Maintenance and updating system B.O.M when needed.
• Ensure proper and effective implementation of the quality and environmental system.
Requirements :: -Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Technical Engineering or relevant field.
-Minimum 1 year working experience.
-Basic quality tools skill (QC 7 Tools, GR & R, SPC (CP/CPK) and etc.
• Able to interpret mechanical drawing.
• Basic Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT & T). Hands on CMM measurement (optional).
• Skill and knowledge in Engineering Tool (FMEA, DOE and etc).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO14001.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
