- - Provide trouble-shooting, setup and repair for machines and tools.
- Assist the Engineers in new project start up.
- Work with Engineer to evaluate and improve processes in order to improve Quality and Output.
- Execute established Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Schedule.
- Responsible for 1st Piece Inspection (after setup and trouble-shooting)
- Provide process technical leadership for production technicians.
- Maintenance and control of all spares, jig and fixtures.
- Willing to work shift
- Able to prepare/read the part drawings. - Requirements :
- - Certificate in Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering with more than 2 years manufacturing experiences preferably with connectors manufacturing process.
- Have basic knowledge of PLC & pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge on AutoCad is an added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. - Lowest Qualification :
