Description :: 1. Assist the QA Manager in his or her task.
2. Liaise with Customer / Vendor to solve the Quality related problems.
3. Develops and implements inspection procedures.
4. Represent the needs of the Customer in internal functions in addressing ISO requirements.
5. Control and issues all control documents or drawings to various department or vendor.
6. To train & develop inspectors or technician to achieve high standard of quality performance.
7. Investigates and Analysis quality related problems and interacts with other departments
8. To perform in administering calibration and control of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
9. Quality data collection, compilation and reporting.
10. Perform 100% FA measurement and prepared report and submitted to customer.
11. Liaise with Engineering Manager on new project quality requirement.
12. Act as an Internal Auditor to ensure all department follow up with the ISO procedure.
13. To implement SPC / CPK study on all parts.
14. To perform Audit at Vendor area and ensure vendor follows our Quality Standard.
15. To perform any other duties instruct by Superior.
Requirements :: 1. Min 1 year experience in injection moulding or manufacturing environment
2. Knowledge in ISO System
3. Computer literacy
4. Able to develop work schedule and monitoring project
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa.
