- - Overall responsibility for production functions and activities in meeting quality, productivity, yield and cost targets to meet customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for identifying and providing the training needs to production team.
- Work with Planners to ensure the production schedules and work orders are completed on time.
- To ensure production line run according to schedule to customer’s delivery dates.
- Monitoring and updates documents in relation to the monitoring and tracking of stock inventory for work in progress and finished product.
- Work with Engineering and QA team to resolve quality problem and continual improvement.
- Maintain proper housekeeping practices in production operations.
- To submit daily production output to Production Head.
- Production team motivation and performance evaluation.
- Ensure company, production and safety rules & regulations are being followed.
- Direct responsible for all personnel under his/her jurisdiction and has the authority to tack with regards to their performance and personnel administration within the limits of company policy. - Requirements :
- - Diploma in any discipline or its equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience as production executive manufacturing.
- Aggressive, results oriented, good communication and inter personal skills. Need to have drive, analytical with good business sense to respond to customer needs in increase competitive business.
- Willing to work shift.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. - Lowest Qualification :
