Description :: 1) Responsible for new product/project from customer & to liaison, work and establish a close working relationship with internal and external.
2) To establish and improve project management procedure and are on tracking system.
3) Maximizing operation efficiency by providing technical and engineering support for continuous improvement of existing process control, yield optimization and cost effectiveness.
4) Ensure implementation and full conformance to the manufacturing documentation and procedures. Continuous improve in production efficiency.
5) Responsible to monitor and approve production revision changing and issue Engineering Change notice as well as organize project base meeting if required.
6) Plan, organize, control and monitor plant preventive maintenance activities to ensure the machines and equipments are working in good condition and at highest efficiency.
7) To plan and co-ordinate the production layout, equipment modification, capability planning, method and time study.
8) Any other job assignments required by the immediate superior and/or the management from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional
Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the Plastic Injection Moulding trouble-shooting.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
