Description :: - Provide in-depth failure analysis with fully understanding to the product design to ascertain root cause of product failures
- Manage for product failure analysis in support of manufacturing needs and also customer returns
- Responsible to provide detailed failure analysis report with root cause defined, corrective action and preventive action
- Deep research and analysis for the trend of failure phenomena to improve the design, test, manufacturing and/or purchasing for the customer.
- Explain the RCFA results to the customer and discuss for the improvement plan.
- Operate and maintain analytical equipment in labs
Requirements :: - Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent professional work experience
- Good analytical skills by using statistical tool, working experience of failure analysis are preferable.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience, Fresh graduate with strong analytical background is encouraged to apply too.
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal.
- Required language(s): Chinese and English
