- - Prepare product drawing for product development activities as require by management with related
specifications provided.
- Coordinate activities concerned with product development scheduling and specifications and drawing releases.
- Attend mould testing, conduct reliability test, review measurement data & prepare for submission.
- Coordinate mould modification with team member, follow up with status and update the progress.
- Supports new product transfer to manufacturing through the design and implementation of new assembly and test processes, including creation of process documentation and work instructions, new capital equipment purchases, production cell design, and tooling and fixture design, procurement and installation.
- Plan and design concerning the product to meet customers’ requirement
- Manages and tracks several ongoing cost saving projects and eliminates non value added activities
- Researches, justifies and implements capital expenditures and other techniques to improve utilization of working capital on meeting customers’ request.
- Tracks and analyses work designed, produced and done before presenting to customers. - Requirements :
- - Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Knowledge in mechanical drawing and AutoCAD or any CAD software is required.
- 2 -3 years working experience, preferably in plastic injection molding industry is an added advantage.
