Description :: -To manage the compliance with multiple government ruling on LMW, AEO & MITI and other related regulations
-Renewal of License -related to shipping Monthly Statement
Yearly Statement
-Assign tariff code
-Customs Visits
-Spare and Warranty License up keeping and management
-Monitor & Supervise the AEO system and management of documentation.
-To ensure systems is up and running all times.
-Coordinate with customs for solving any issue for AEO systems
-Check PRS against shipping documents
-Ensure document are filed according for
audit purpose -Process Preferential COO (MITI) & Non Prefferential COO (Malay Chamber, FMM & MICCI) and do submission
-Prepare draft COO as per destination requirement and get customer approval.
-Others ad-hock shipping task instructed by Warehouse and Shipping Manager
-Compile document for IMS mgmt. presentation
-Check share folder file to maintain shipping documents
-Follow corporate policies and technical procedures.

-Ensure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the company's values, Code

Requirements :: '-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advancedh/ higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduat Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies /Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
-At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Well versed in direct dealing with customs (LMW), (MITTI), (MIDA), and international trade policies,
-Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent, or Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent and has working experience in L.M.W
manufacturing plant
